Gattaca Quiz - English, Science, or Social Studies

This is a quiz in the ACT format about Gattaca that could be used in a film (English) class, a science class, or in a social studies class with only some modification. I taught the film in an English class, but some of the students had seen it in a science class. I include the test itself AND a Quizstar key code so you can simply use it as-is. I did not rate it based on ACT or CCR reading levels, but it's probably 20-23 or above.
